Grease nipples - plastic strip prevents scratches
The allround TyreON T600C2 is a truck tyre machine for intensive use and is equipped with a powerful mounting arm with a disc and a hinged hook resistant to heavy loads.
A plastic strip in the recess in the hook prevents wear and scratches on the (alloy) rim.
The hinged parts are fitted with grease nipples, by lubricating the nipples the truck tyrechanger will work smoothly and wear and tear is prevented.
Floor plate under entire machine - optimum performance
With a footprint of 1.70 x 1.35 meters and a floor plate under the entire machine to collect grease and dirt. 
This very compact truck tyre changer is also suitable for small workshops and mobile applications and comes with a central check valve in its hydraulic system to maintain the operating pressure.
Optimum performance due all hydraulic movements are smooth and full powered plus the longer technical lifetime of the hydraulic pump.
Operation - hydraulic sliding carriage
The portable controller allows you to perform 8 movements. You simply roll the wheel onto the ramp and the truck tyrechanger carries out the heavy part of the job.
